We’re excited to announce a new Senteon platform update focused on two things our customers care deeply about: clear, audit-ready reporting and better accountability in configuration decisions.
This release introduces a major enhancement to endpoint reporting with a revamped Endpoint PDF Report, along with a new optional feature that helps organizations enforce annotations for specific baseline decisions.
For a full breakdown of everything included in this release, you can review the latest Senteon platform update in our changelog.

One of the most requested improvements to the Senteon platform is here: you can now generate Endpoint PDF Reports directly without first creating HTML reports.
This new report type is available through a dedicated tab on the Report Generation page and includes configuration options designed specifically for PDF output and sharing.
The revamped Endpoint PDF Report provides a comprehensive, easy-to-read snapshot of your selected endpoints, including:
To give stakeholders a high-level view at a glance, the report also includes a ring graph that aggregates Compliance and Health Scores across all selected endpoints providing an overall score and visual breakdown.
The new PDF report is designed to reduce friction during:
By eliminating the extra step of generating HTML reports first, teams can move faster while still delivering clear, professional, and audit-ready documentation.
This is especially valuable for organizations preparing for assessments tied to compliance frameworks like CMMC, where clear evidence of endpoint posture, compliance status, and overall health is critical.
This update also introduces Decision Annotation Enforcement, a new organization-level setting that gives administrators more control over documentation and accountability.
Organizations can now choose to require annotations when a baseline decision:
Each requirement can be enabled independently, allowing teams to tailor enforcement to their internal processes and risk tolerance. By default, neither option is enabled.
This feature helps reduce configuration drift by ensuring deviations are intentional, documented, and reviewable rather than accidental or overlooked.
This feature helps organizations:
All without adding unnecessary overhead to day-to-day workflows.
This update reflects Senteon’s continued focus on delivering practical security tools that scale across environments while supporting real-world compliance needs.
Whether you’re preparing for an audit, reviewing endpoint posture with leadership, or enforcing stronger configuration standards, these enhancements help teams work more efficiently—with greater clarity and confidence.
